The current waitlist for the two-bedroom apartments is approximately a year to a year and a half depending on availability.

HOW CAN YOU APPLY?

1. Pick up a pre-application at our leasing office (1700 Pendleton Square, Philadelphia, MS 39350)

2. Request a pre-application via email/mail

3. Once completed and submitted, you will be entered on our waitlist

4. When a unit is nearing availability, we'll reach out to schedule an interview
